My journey has been shaped by recovering from multiple spinal surgeries, overcoming sports injuries, navigating hormonal imbalances, and processing personal loss. These experiences, and years of dedicated research, have deepened my commitment to empowering women to feel strong, healthy, confident, and joyful in their own skin.
With a lifelong involvement in sports, including competitive sports, I have pursued an extensive education in all areas of health. My qualifications include Food & Nutrition, Performance Nutrition, Exercise Programming, and a specialised certification in General Population Fat Loss Transformations, covering nutrition, lifestyle, physical exercise, and personal training. My passion for culinary creativity has taken me around the world to work alongside top chefs, while my interest in the mind–body connection led me to study Positive Psychology through Stanford University. I am also a certified yoga teacher with a love for guiding meditation and breathwork practices.
The M.ethod platform is the culmination of this knowledge and experience—a deeply meaningful way for me to support women in achieving balance, vitality, and sustainable results.
